The Q10 are large loudspeakers that feature twin 8" woofers - a first for a Scansonic loudspeaker - which deliver a deep, soulful and punchy bass. The Q10 is a 3-way design with true carbon fibre midrange and bass woofers resulting in dynamic and organic performance for music and home theatre applications. With the addition of the Raidho inspired ribbon tweeter, you also get all the high end sparkle with smooth delivery.

The woofers are all made of one-piece, molded, weaved carbon fibre. These are bespoke drivers designed and developed by the Raidho engineering team. The is exactly what is needed to keep up with the very fast ribbon tweeter.
The crossover is built on the same principle as in the world class Raidho loudspeakers - built for coherence, dynamics and live sound.

It would be impossible to introduce Scansonic without first mentioning Raidho. Having worked with Raidho speakers for more than 12 years, this Danish group of engineers and designers found themselves facing a completely new challenge when they were tasked with creating a new range of high-performance speakers for the Scansonic brand.
From the start, Scansonic's team were dedicated to building on all the experiences and strengths obtained from designing the Raidho speakers. At the same time, they also had to be aware of the long heritage and the Nordic design tradition of the Scansonic brand. The ultimate goal was to create the very best possible speakers within reasonable financial limits.
