Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

Australia Post have advised customers of their Last Sending Dates for the Christmas period. While these dates are a good indication of the cut-off for receiving mail before Christmas, we would advise you to not leave it to the last moment! 😬

What is your returns policy?

If, for any reason, you wish to return goods to us, please contact us and request a Return Authorisation number. This will assist us to process your return quickly upon arrival in our warehouse. We provide a generous 30-day change-of-mind guarantee on all regular stocked products (unless otherwise stated). All change of mind returns must be as new and unopened. Excludes Non ranged special orders and large custom system design quotes.

Do your products include a warranty?

Yes. We are either the manufacturer or authorised reseller of all the products listed under our Selby brand name and you can be assured every item is genuine and brand new unless specifically described otherwise. Every product available on this website includes at least a 12-month warranty (eg: electrical products) and many of our products include a lifetime warranty. In the rare case that you do experience any problems, you can deal directly with us to get any issues resolved.

How much does postage/delivery cost?

We offer free delivery for all orders over $29, anywhere in mainland Australia and Tasmania. Please see our shipping page for more information.

Is your checkout secure?

Yes, we take your privacy very seriously. We provide secure checkout with SSL to ensure an encrypted connection between your browser and our payment gateway. We never store your credit card details.

Do you have a retail store?

Yes, we have retail locations where you can talk to our friendly staff and see many of our products on display. Most items are available for purchase in store, but if you're after something specific, we suggest calling ahead to make sure. Our stores accept payment via cash, EFTPOS and most credit cards.

What's the best price you can do for me?

Here at Selby we don't inflate the price just so we can have 'specials'. You always get the best price we can offer.
