Selby Members - Purchase any product over $500 on our website or in store between Tuesday 28th Nov 2023 and 11:59pm Sunday 7th Jan 2024 and if you notice the price drops before Monday 8th Jan 2024 on www.selby.com.au, you can claim back either 120% of the difference in store credit, or simply the difference (without the extra 20%) as a straight refund!

To be eligible for the full 120% store credit, you'll need to be a logged in, registered customer when purchasing online - or be sure to submit your details in-store!
Non-members will be eligible for a straight refund of the difference (not including the extra 20%) after making a claim.
Members are also able to opt for a straight refund of the difference instead of store credit, but will also forfeit the extra 20%.
Your credit won't expire so if you stay a member, you'll have the credit there to spend!
Credit will be issued to the same store you purchased, ie: Online will receive Online credit, In-store will receive an In-store voucher.
