Selby Members - Purchase any product over $500 on our website or in store and if you notice the price drops on www.selby.com.au within 30 days of purchase, you can claim back 100% of the difference in store credit!

Our 30 Day Price Promise gives you peace of mind shopping at Selby, knowing you'll get the best price, guaranteed on a range of great products!

    • To be eligible for the 30 Day Price Promise, you'll need to be a Member, and logged in to your account at time of purchase - or be sure to submit your details in-store!
    • Your credit won't expire so if you stay a member, you'll have the credit there to spend!
    • Credit will be issued to the same store you purchased, ie: Online will receive Online credit, In-store will receive an In-store voucher.

How do I qualify?

It’s simple!

    • Create an account by clicking the "Account" at the top of the page before placing your order.
    • If you’re already a member, be sure to log in before purchasing to qualify.
    • Give us your Name/Phone/Email when placing an order in-store!

How do I start a claim?

    • For online transactions Submit a claim here.
    • For in-store transactions simply call or visit your local store and fill in the same form, and present your receipt/invoice.

    • Product must be identical including colour variants.
    • Only one claim per product can be accepted during the promotion.
    • Your product warranty & our dedication to support is not affected!
    • Closing your account will forfeit any remaining balance.
