The WiiM Pro Plus is the upgraded version of the audiophile grade big brother music streamer to the ever popular WiiM Mini, supporting a wealth of streaming services and features, now with even better hardware! The Wiim Pro Plus adds upgrades like a superior TI Burr-Brown Audio PCM1861 ADC for the analogue audio input, upgraded Ultra-low Noise Clock, a new generation AKM 4493SEQ premium DAC with AKM's Velvet Sound Technology, and the Wiim Voice Remote is included in the box.
Powering this package is the Vincent SV-500 integrated hybrid amplifier with its mix of vacuum tube and transistor technology, and the Scansonic HD L9 floorstanding speakers with sleek, slim cabinets.

The WiiM Pro supports playback of Hi-Res lossless audio content from services such as TIDAL, Qobuz, Amazon Music, Deezer and more. It supports up to 192kHz, 24-bit audio output via the optical line out.
The integrated TI stereo DAC provides high quality analogue audio output with 106-dB SNR, and -92dB THD+N performance, outstanding in all audio categories.
Precise gapless playback can be very important to your listening experience. With precise gapless playback, the playback timing is guaranteed to be identical to the source. The WiiM Pro Plus will not introduce gaps or overlaps (crossfading) between successive "continuous" tracks such as live recordings or concept albums.

Twenty-six preset EQ gives you various choices to meet your specific listening needs. The preset EQ includes EQ choices from music genres, bass/treble adjustment, loudness, movie, gaming or speech enhancement etc. You can also custom your own with the 10-band graphic EQ for your room or taste.
The WiiM Pro features perfect audio synchronization and seamless device control via the companion App allowing you to group multiple devices together to create a complete connected system throughout your home. Through careful hardware and software optimisation, the WiiM Pro Plus can achieve less than 150uS (0.00015s!) synchronisation accuracy among speakers as long as the speakers are on the same wireless network. Thus, your speaker system can be located wherever your Wi-Fi network covers.
In addition, you can join two speakers each connected to a WiiM Pro Plus as a stereo pair for a wider, more immersive sound stage.
Any connected receiver or speaker may introduce audio path latency due to the different hardware, software or DSP processing involve in that device. To maintain the synchronisation of each system, the WiiM Pro Plus can measure the audio path delay automatically. By leveraging the on-device microphone and proprietary algorithm, the entire audio path latency is measured automatically when it's connected with a receiver or speaker. The latency value will be adjusted to maintain the perfect audio synchronisation in wireless multi-room or multi-channel playback.
When the WiiM Pro's Adaptive EQ is enabled, the music genre information and other tags included in the audio content's meta data are used to adjust the EQ in real time - either bringing rich audio to capture every music detail or making human voices clearer in podcasts.

The main focus of Vincent's development on this unit has been on the amplifier circuitry, which combines the advantages of both transistor and valve amplifiers. Warm and smooth tube sound combined with transistor dynamics and power. The SV-500 sets new standards in the world of hybrid stereo amplifiers.
Audio signals are processed by two 6N1 tubes and a larger 12AX7 tube, then amplified by four Toshiba transistors at the output. With the tubes operating in the preamp stage where they do the most good, they also avoid becoming stressed and therefore damaged. The solid-state processing works in the end stages to deliver the power output required to effectively drive your speakers.
Ample power supply for the SV-500 allows this integrated amplifier to operate efficiently at no sacrifice to dynamics. A 110 Watts toroidal transformer is responsible for this. Two condensators for grading of electric power and caching have 20,000 uF. This solid power supply enables the SV-500 to deliver performance beyond its size. Other integrated amplifiers of this size can come nowhere near matching the bass response or power output as this unit.
The characteristics of valve amplifiers have been known for a long time. Their sound has supporters in every realm of music production and enjoyment. Although transistors are much more robust and durable as amplifier components, valve technology very much still has a part to play in hi-fi devices.
Vacuum tubes deliver the classic “tube sound,” whereas solid-state circuitry in the output stage provides enough power to drive even the most demanding and power-hungry speakers. The tonal characteristic is both airy and dynamic. The hybrid design offers its own special charm using tubes to add warmth to the sound.
In modern Hi-Fi applications, it is important to offer both analogue and digital connections while still providing a fantastic analogue sound. The SV-500 features a total of 4x Analogue Stereo RCA inputs, as well as 2x digital inputs in the form of Toslink & Coaxial connections. The SV-500 is capable of providing the pure sound that is demanded of high-end units, and have the connection options to match.
For connecting to your speakers, Vincent uses high-grade binding posts. You'll never sacrifice quality by using a piece of Vincent Hi-Fi gear.
Want to use the SV-500 purely as a pre-amp? The pre-out connections on the rear of the unit allow you to use the SV-500 as a preamplifier, allowing you to connect an external power amplifier.
The SV-500 features tone-control options that allow you to make fine adjustments to the sound of your source material. Control the amount of treble and bass with the dials on the front of the unit. Deactivating the Tone switch on the front of the unit bypasses the Bass & Treble EQ control, so you can choose to hear your source material with or without adjustments.
What can only be expected from an integrated amplifier at this level is a high-quality headphone output. The headphone amp in this unit reaps the benefits of the hybrid processing and allows you to hear every detail through your favourite pair of headphones.
The L9 is a slim 3-way floorstanding speaker, featuring a 1" silk dome tweeter and three 4" mid/bass woofers. The slim size of the L9 gives them an elegant look and helps them fit into a modern home setting. The L9 speakers feature outrigger style feet which give the speakers a strong stance, both visually and practically, and aluminium spikes are provided for use on carpet surfaces.

The L series was developed using Scansonic's experience from their popular M & MB-B series speakers, but specifically with budget in mind. The Scansonic L series, therefore, aims not only for great sound but also value for money. The enclosures of the L Series are rear ported and deliver rich sound with smooth authentic bass.
Like all L Series speakers, the L9 drivers are mounted to a 15mm front baffle helping to create a tighter soundstage. Magnetic fabric grilles are included to finish the look.
The Scansonic L Series speakers come in 3 finishes; a stealthy home theatre style Theatre Black, a light modern lifestyle look in textured White and a classic home hi-fi vibe in Walnut.
The Scansonic L9 speakers feature 4 high-quality binding posts allowing for bi-wire capabilities. When bi-wiring, remove the connecting bracket. The binding posts accept bare speaker wire, banana plugs, and spades.
The L9 floorstanding speakers also feature sturdy aluminium outrigger style feet for enhanced stability for such a slim front profile. The feet come with aluminium stoppers, but the outrigger feet can also support speaker spikes (not included).
It would be impossible to introduce Scansonic without first mentioning Raidho. Having worked with Raidho speakers for more than 12 years, this Danish group of engineers and designers found themselves facing a completely new challenge when they were tasked with creating a new range of high-performance speakers for the Scansonic brand.
From the start, Scansonic's team were dedicated to building on all the experiences and strengths obtained from designing the Raidho speakers. At the same time, they also had to be aware of the long heritage and the Nordic design tradition of the Scansonic brand. The ultimate goal was to create the very best possible speakers within reasonable financial limits.
