Over 40 years of tweeter innovation, design and prototyping has led to the development of the new 1" high definition Pinnacle Ring Radiator tweeter. Developed by Polk Audio, this Hi-Res Audio certified tweeter delivers ultraclear, crisp highs without unwanted coloration or distortions.

Turbine Cone Woofer

Polk's pioneering turbine design delivers a significant increase in cone rigidity without increasing mass. This innovation means the woofer can move with increased accuracy and speed to deliver enhanced sound resolution, enabling you to experience a breathtaking level of detail in your music, movies & TV shows.

Polk developed the Turbine Cone woofer specifically for their flagship products to ensure the natural reproduction of the mid-range, to which human ears are particularly sensitive. The Turbine Cone combines Polk's proprietary foam core and moulded Turbine geometry which dramatically increases stiffness and damping, without adding mass.

Patented X-Port

Traditional ported speaker designs increase low- frequency performance, but often mask midrange details due to port resonances. Polk's proprietary X-Port uses specially tuned eigentone filters to cancel out unwanted resonances.
