"After revisiting my review notes from the AMP10 in 2023, I’m convinced that much of what I said about that amplifier is true of the new AMP20. So it should be, of course, as it’s been tuned to sound the same, minor internal differences aside. Its natural partner would, of course, be the AV20 or the AV10, but there’s no reason the AMP20 can’t be paired with other processors, or for that matter an AVR. This is a naturally sophisticated performer, though its dynamics are delivered with enough speed and impact to deliver true cinema-like sonics. Factor in its first-class build and obvious good looks, and it’s hard not to love this new powerhouse."
