Krix Acoustix Mk2 Bookshelf Speakers

Indulge in concert quality music or a stunning home theatre experience. Proud winners of the 2015 Sound+Image Loudspeaker of the Year in the $1000 - $4000 category, the Acoustix Mk2 delivers a seriously big sound for a bookshelf speaker.

Winner of Sound & Image Magazine's 2015 "Loudspeaker of the Year, $1,000- $4,000" Award.

Mid-range and bass are delivered by dual 130mm (5") high grade drivers with a doped curvilinear paper cone, high sensitivity voice coil and powerful magnet design, providing bass normally only found in larger floor standing speakers. Highs come from a 26mm (1") ring radiator tweeter with central waveguide for improved intelligibility and transparency.

Its dual front vent design allows you to mount them on stands, place them in bookshelves, on a TV cabinet, or incorporate them into custom joinery. Wherever you put them in your room, they will look and sound great.

Key Features:
- 2 x 5" Bass/Mid Driver with 1" voice coil
- 1" dual concentric diaphragm with wave-guide tweeter
- Power Handling: 20 - 160 Watts RMS
- Nominal 6 ohm impedance
- 45Hz > 40kHz Frequency response
- Bass reflex design, front vented
- 10kg each

Krix Graphix Mk2 Centre Speaker

Small and compact, the Graphix is the perfect choice for use in TV cabinets and custom joinery and the dual front ports eliminate ‘boomy’ bass qualities found when using rear ported speakers in this type of application. The Graphix delivers an acoustically intricate experience every time.

Winner of Sound & Image Magazine's 2011 "Home Cinema Speaker System Between $3,000-$6,000" Award.

Make every chair the best seat in your house with a Krix centre speaker. Krix’s centre speakers reproduce vocals and other complex information accurately, optimising imaging and sound stage. The centre channel in your home theatre system can deliver around 70% of the action and should be of a similar sonic quality to your main speakers. For home theatre applications and music listening pleasure, a Krix centre speaker will enhance your sound experience.

Key Features:
2 x 5" Bass/Mid Driver with 1" Fabric dome with Neodymium magnet
Power Handling: 120W RMS
- Power Handling: Maximum 120W RMS
- Nominal 4 ohm impedance
- Frequency response: 50Hz > 20khz

Krix Equinox Mk3 Bookshelf Speakers

For a big sound from a small speaker, the Equinox Mk3 will astonish and surprise. With finesse and power punching well above its weight, it can be tucked-away while still filling the room with sound.

The mid-range and bass come from a high grade 130mm driver with a doped curvilinear paper cone, over-sized voice coil, and powerful magnet, while extended frequency response is delivered through a 26mm ring radiator tweeter. Combined with its bass reflex design, the result is an efficient but balanced bass sound with a revealing, detailed high end, performing well beyond the relatively small cabinet size of the speaker.

Key Features:
- 5" doped curvilinear paper cone woofer
- 1" dual concentric diaphragm with wave-guide tweeter
- Power Handling: Maximum 120W RMS
- Nominal 6 ohm impedance
- 45Hz > 40kHz Frequency response
- Rear vented enclosure

Krix Seismix 1 Mk5 Subwoofer

For a big bass experience from a discreet subwoofer that can be placed almost anywhere in the room, the Seismix 1 Mk5 will provide the right sound while taking up half the space.

With a hefty 200mm downward firing woofer and vent, and a high quality class D amplifier, the Seismix 1 Mk5 combines high efficiency with low power consumption. Its compact design - with the raised cabinet kept off the floor with specially moulded rubber feet - provides flexibility, without sacrificing bass impact.

With effective design and simple styling, this unobtrusive subwoofer will look and sound great, whether tucked discreetly in the corner or built into custom joinery.

Key Features:
1 x 8" bass driver, 1.5" voice coil
- Power Handling: 300W RMS
- Frequency Range: 25Hz-200Hz in room response
- Output: 116dB maximum SPL in room response

Make it a Dolby Atmos or 7.1 pack with additional speakers! [Optional]

If the Equinox bookshelf speakers aren't quite what you want or you're looking for a Dolby Atmos speaker setup (5.1.2), you're welcome to select a more discreet option instead: the Krix Atmospherix AS in-ceiling speakers.

Part of the Krix Architectural Series, the Atmospherix AS is tonally balanced to the Krix floorstanding and bookshelf speaker ranges, making it an ideal speaker system for matching with a Krix home theatre. A large 130mm (5") bass driver with large magnet and copper shorting ring delivers bass and midrange clarity, while a 26mm (1") ring radiator provides extended high frequency performance.

The moving components of the Atmospherix AS are protected from dust and debris through a fully-enclosed back box, designed to optimise the performance from the bass driver, allowing maximum controlled bass and consistency while drastically reducing sound leakage to other rooms. The attractively styled, slim bezel grille is made from rust-resistant stainless steel and snaps into place with magnets, making installation easy. Being paintable, these speakers will involve you in their sound, while disappearing to be heard, but not seen.

- Sound directed toward your listening position

- 45Hz - 40kHz in-room response
