Krix Vortex Mk2 Centre Speaker

The Vortex Mk2 delivers vocal clarity, midrange depth and a dynamic bass response. The vertical arrangement of the tweeter and midrange drivers eliminates phasing problems if seated off-axis, ensuring even sound distribution so that every seat in the room is a good one.

Big, dual 165mm (6.5") bass drivers come with heavy-duty voice coils, wound on high-powered aluminium formers, while the 130mm midrange driver has an oversized magnet for lower distortion. The 26mm high frequency driver, with its wave-guide plug, also ensures controlled directivity.

Krix Hemispherix AS 4" In-Ceiling Speakers [Atmos option]

If the Equinox bookshelf speakers aren't quite what you want or you're looking for a Dolby Atmos speaker setup (5.1.2), you're welcome to select a more discreet option instead: the Krix Hemispherix AS in-ceiling speakers.

The fully-enclosed back box maximises and controls bass, protects from ceiling debris and drastically reduces sound leakage into adjoining rooms. With speaker components mounted directly to the front baffle of the speaker, the Hemispherix AS delivers a true high fidelity sound in a neat package.

Tonally balanced to the Krix floorstanding and bookshelf range, the Hemispherix AS allows you to enjoy accurate and controlled bass, as well as midrange clarity delivered by a 100mm (4") driver with a large magnet and aluminium shorting ring. Extended high frequency performance is provided by the 26mm (1") ring radiator tweeter, which can swivel to direct sound toward the listener.

The paintable bezel grille, which is slim and attractively-styled in rust-resistant stainless steel, locks onto magnets at the front of the speaker for easy installation, producing the ultimate sound with magical simplicity.
