These Cables are used for connecting a device with a SCART output (eg: Foxtel Box etc.) to a TV with a SCART output. SCART connections are rare on Australian TVs but common on European TVs. They are perfect if you want to upgrade from the flimsy Cables included with your equipment and not spend heaps of money doing so.
