The SV-500MK presents itself with typical Vincent sound character mixing tubes and solid-state transistors, with a timeless design aesthetic. With "MK" models, Vincent doesn't reinvent the wheel, rather, it refines and adds additional features to the product.

The new SV-500MK adds modern convenience with the addition of HDMI ARC and Bluetooth connectivity. This joins the existing two analogue, optical and coaxial inputs, making the SV-500MK a brilliant all-rounder.

Naturalness and Warmth

Audio signals are processed by two 6N1 tubes and one 12AX7 tube at the inputs stage. They give the sound the naturalness and warmth that Vincent amplifiers are known for. The final amplification in the output stage is then made by four Toshiba transistors.

With the tubes operating in the preamp stage where they do the most good, they also avoid becoming stressed and therefore damaged. The solid-state processing works in the end stage to deliver the power output required to effectively and efficiently drive your speakers.

Backed by Plenty of Power

Ample power supply for the SV-500MK allows this integrated amplifier to operate efficiently at no sacrifice to dynamics. A 110 Watt toroidal transformer in the power supply is responsible for this, along with two capacitors with 20,000 uF (total) for grading of power and caching.

Now with More Connection Options

In modern Hi-Fi applications, it is important to offer both analogue and digital connections while still providing a fantastic analogue sound. The SV-500MK features a total of 6 inputs, comprising two analogue RCA, one Toslink optical, one digital coaxial input & all new for the MK version; HDMI ARC and Bluetooth connectivity. The SV-500 is capable of providing the pure sound that is demanded of high-end units, and have the connection options to match.

For connecting to your speakers, Vincent uses high-grade binding posts. You'll never sacrifice quality by using a piece of Vincent Hi-Fi gear.

Want to use the SV-500MK purely as a pre-amp? The pre-out connections on the rear of the unit allow you to use the SV-500MK as a preamplifier, when connected to an external power amplifier. Additionally a separate stereo REC analogue output allows you to connect to a cassette tape or reel-to-reel recorder.

Control Your Sound

The SV-500MK includes tone-control options that allow you to make fine adjustments to the sound of your source material. Control the amount of treble and bass with the dials on the front of the unit. Deactivating the Tone switch on the front of the unit bypasses the Bass & Treble EQ control, so you can choose to hear your source material with or without adjustments.

Headphone Out For Discreet Listening

What can only be expected from an integrated amplifier at this level is a high-quality headphone output. The headphone amp in this unit reaps the benefits of the hybrid processing and allows you to hear every detail through your favourite pair of headphones.
