AC Infinity Cloudplate T1 20 to 60 CFM 1U Rack Cooler Front Exhaust
The AIRFRAME series is designed to intelligently cool AV closets, rooms, and large enclosures. Featuring thermal control and high airflow fans, the system efficiently cools rooms holding various audio-video components and equipment. Each unit includes a nylon-mesh filter which can prevent dust particles from entering the room and getting into your equipment.
• A high-airflow fan system for cooling AV equipment rooms, closets etc
• LCD thermostat programming with six-speed controls & alarm alerts
• Detachable nylon-mesh filter prevents dust from entering/exiting
Cloudplate T1 - Quiet Rack Cooling Exhaust System
An intelligent cooling fan system designed to be mounted onto a wide range of 19-inch racks requiring quiet or high airflow cooling. Maintaining an optimal temperature for rack-mount equipment prevents overheating, ensures constant performance, and extends their lifespan. The LCD digital controller features a programmable thermostat with automated speed control, alarm warnings, status alerts, and backup memory. The system is housed in a solid aluminium construction that takes up one rack units of space (1U). Each aluminium frame is anodized with a light-brush finish, then the corners CNC-machined and edge chamfered for a high-end professional appearance. This model holds six custom-engineered dual-ball bearing fans rated at 67,000 hours, and certified by CE and RoHS. The fans are set to exhaust out heated air and should be positioned near the top of the rack; an intake version of this model is available, sold separately. This complete kit includes the 1U fan unit, corded 6-ft thermal probe, user’s manual, rack mount screws, cage nuts, and corded 6-ft power supply.
Key Features:
- An intelligent fan system designed for cooling audio video, DJ, server, network, and IT equipment racks.
- Protects rack-mount equipment from overheating, performance issues, and shortened lifespans.
- Programmable thermostat controller with automated speed control, alarm warnings, and backup memory.
- Premium anodized aluminium construction with CNC-machined detailing for a professional appearance.

Wall Adapter Powered
This Cloudplate cooler is powered by the included wall adapter power supply. This powerful rack cooler is ready to plug into the wall for instant and effective cabinet airflow. No external/3rd-party power supplies necessary!
Intelligent Cooling
Programming includes an easy-to-use thermostat and a SMART mode that automatically adjusts the fan’s speed to react to varying temperatures. Additional features include alarm alerts, fan failure triggers, power savings setting, display lock, and backup memory. Six fan speeds are available with three screen brightness settings. Behind the unit is an expansion port that can control another CLOUDPLATE unit or an AC Infinity rack roof dual-fan kit.
Performance & Applications
This 1U rack cooling system features programmable fan speed control, enabling it to work for a wide range of rack mount applications. With a noise level that can reach 8 dBA, the fan system can be used for environments where low or minimal noise is required such as home theatre, studio, DJ, and audio video racks. A max airflow rating of 60 CFM will provide sufficient cooling to server, network, IT and equipment racks requiring high airflow.
Installation Guide - Cabinet Cooling

All ventilation fan systems should contain an intake and an exhaust variable, which can be fans or ventilation holes. In an ideal set up, there should be a fan located near the top of the cabinet configured to exhaust out air, and a fan located near the bottom to push in air. Electronics such as receivers and computers within a cabinet will cause air to heat up. Due to natural convection, warmer air which is less dense than colder air will rise on its own. An efficient fan system helps accelerate natural convection by rapidly exhausting warmer air out the top of the cabinet while pushing colder air in at the bottom.
Cabinet fan systems that contain only one fan should have it configured to exhaust hot air out the top of the cabinet. There must be ventilation holes located elsewhere on the cabinet, preferably towards the bottom to act as an air intake. Using fans to push air out will cause negative or lowered pressure within the cabinet. Because air moves naturally from high pressure to low pressure areas, outside air will flow into the cabinet from the ventilation holes. Poorly designed systems include set-ups where there are one or more fans to exhaust air, but no other fans or ventilation holes to act as the air intake.

We Recommend 3 Air Changes per Minute
Every fan has a CFM rating - that’s the volume of air it moves per minute. A higher CFM means faster ventilation. But keep in mind, manufacturer ratings are measured under near-perfect conditions: no heat load, no restrictions, zero static pressure. In the real world, actual performance is always lower.
Inside your cabinet, airflow is influenced by the number of components, the heat they generate, and how freely air can move in and out. That’s why our calculator aims for roughly three complete air changes per minute. This ensures reliable cooling for most AV and electronics cabinets.
Tip: If your cabinet is tightly packed, poorly vented, or located in a warm room, step up to the next fan size or add an extra exhaust unit for peace of mind.
