The Krix Team have taken some time, but are excited to finally release Mk2 upgrades of the terrific Neuphonix floorstanding and Epicentrix centre speakers. Setting a challenge for their design engineers to improve on the widely popular speakers, not only have they undergone cabinet re-designs giving them an updated look, but they have done some serious work on the inside too.
Jurassic World is the long awaited reboot of the popular science fiction adventure films which had its’ last release in 2001. Initially planned to be released in 2005, Jurassic World has evolved significantly with several script revisions and cast changes through the last decade. Set Twenty-two years after the original film, we now see a fully functioning dinosaur theme park with a luxury resort, a reflection of the original vision held by the park’s inspiration John Hammond (Richard Attenborough).

HDMI stands for High Definition Multimedia Interface, but what does an HDMI cable do? It transmits digital video and audio signals between compatible devices through only one cable. HDMI-compatibles devices include a huge range of audio visual equipment including source devices (Blu-ray player, DVD player, Playstation, Xbox, set top box, Foxtel box), display devices (TV, projector, computer monitor) and more (AV receivers).

The log-periodic 32-element design receives digital and analog signals in the VHF and UHF bands, for commercial (free-to-air) channels. As an evolution of Home Theatre, the Soundbar has been created as an alternative to separate speakers. A typical 5.1 set up, consists of front left & right, centre, rear left & right speakers rounded out with a subwoofer for all those deep notes. A Soundbar is a far simpler and often tidier set up which typically consists of a long “bar” (with individual speakers inside) matched with a subwoofer in 3.1, 5.1 or 6.1 versions.
