This pack is designed to offer an effective and affordable acoustic treatment solution for home theatres and listening/recording spaces. Every room is different, but in a typical home theatre layout, you may want to install the panels as follows:
- 2 large panels on each side wall and the rear wall
- 4 small panels on front wall underneath screen
- 8 bass traps in each front corner

Acoustic panels attenuate rogue sonic reflections in a room, resulting in a clearer sound. They achieve this by allowing sound to pass through them, reflect off the wall behind, and then pass through them again. Each time the sound passes through the panel, it is attenuated.

These lightweight fibreglass panels each include a set of fixing clips for mounting to the wall. Simply fix the clips to the wall and hook the panel on by impaling it on the clips. The specially designed fixing clips position the panel flush against the wall for a visually neat and unobtrusive acoustic treatment solution.
This fixing clip will arrive with the teeth pushed in to avoid damage in transit. You will need to open the teeth up to a 45-degree angle before mounting the clip to the wall. Use a second mounting clip or a screwdriver to open up the teeth to the correct angle.
These clips allow you to easily set up an acoustic treatment solution with minimal damage to the walls or the panels.

Install straight or at an angle, you can get creative with how you treat your room and create patterns with a set of panels. The hooked fixing clips allow you to align the panel however you like. Improving your room's acoustics is as simple as that!
There are plenty of guides online that will tell you the best way to install acoustic panels, but each room is different in size and dimensions, and therefore, will have different needs. The best place to start is by addressing the first reflections in the room since these reflections will be the most intense. The first reflection point is the mirror point between a loudspeaker and your listening position. These are on the two walls on either side of the main speakers.
These large bass traps are designed to be positioned in the corners of your listening room, where the strongest low-frequency reflections are occurring.

Most of the time, the best way to install these bass traps are to attach them to walls/ceilings with staples, nails, glue or double-sided tape.
We have included enough bass traps to install 4 in each corner (in a typical 4-walled room), which will noticeably reduce the intensity of bass reverberation.
Please note that acoustic panels and bass traps are designed for improving the acoustics within a room; it is not effective for attenuating volume in a room or removing outside noise.
