What is your returns policy?

If, for any reason, you wish to return goods to us, please contact us and request a Return Authorisation number. This will assist us to process your return quickly upon arrival in our warehouse.

Do your products include a warranty?

Yes. We are either the manufacturer or authorised reseller of all the products listed under our Selby brand name and you can be assured every item is genuine and brand new unless specifically described otherwise. Every product available on this website includes at least a 12 month warranty (eg: electrical products) and many of our products include a lifetime warranty. In the rare case that you do experience any problems you can deal directly with us to get any issues resolved. On top of that, we provide a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell (unless otherwise stated). If your purchases do not meet with your expectations in any way, you are welcome to return the item for a full refund of the item price.

We offer free delivery for all orders, anywhere in mainland Australia and Tasmania. Please see our shipping page for more information.

Is your checkout secure?

Yes, we take your privacy very seriously. We provide secure checkout with SSL to ensure an encrypted connection between your browser and our server. We also offer payment via PayPal so you don't even have to provide us with your credit card details.

Do you have a retail store?

Yes, we have retail locations where you can talk to our friendly staff and see many of our products on display. Most items are available for purchase in store, but if you're after something specific, we suggest calling ahead to make sure. Our stores accept payment via cash, EFTPOS and most credit cards.

What's the best price you can do for me?

Here at Selby we don't inflate the price just so we can have "specials". You always get the best price we can offer.
