Shinybow RGBHV to S-Video/Composite Video Converter for Non-Interlace RGBHV signals.
This device is used to convert an RGBHV signal to either an S-Video / SVHS or Composite video signal (RCA).

What is RGBHV?
RGB requires an additional signal for synchronizing the video display. Several methods are used, including the RGBHV method. This method uses 3 wires for the component colours (red, green, and blue), and 2 additional wires with the horizontal and vertical sync information. This device converts an RGBHV signal from 5 RCA inputs to a single S-Video / SVHS or single RCA composite video output.
